Artist's Comments

I've kept this experiment for many years. The visual images are from photographs of an installation created by an artist in New England.

The original photographs were taken by Linda McCartney, but There is nothing remaining of the original composition as a result of the cutting up process.

At the time I made it, I had thoughts of offering it to Save The Children for fund raising use, though that never happened.

That's one experiment that needs to be followed-up, I say.

I especially like all the different emotions that speak from the piece, from the images as well as from the words.

I'm surprised at how good it looks.

The poem was first posted back in November 2007, as one of Two Short Pieces.

I've loaded this piece today, because I have a new printer that also works as a scanner.
